Employee Spotlight: Jason Pearson

Meet Jason Pearson, Field Service Coordinator at our Texarkana, Arkansas branch! 

Jason is an Arkansas native from Benton county. He currently lives on the Texas side of Texarkana and drives across the state line to the Texarkana branch. 

As the Field Service Coordinator, Jason organizes maintenance for customer equipment that can’t be brought into the branch. He manages the schedules for a team of nearly 20 technicians, works with the parts department to check part order status, and enters techs’ time for work orders.

Jason recently celebrated his one-year work anniversary. His favorite thing about working at Hugg & Hall is “my coworkers, because we’re like a big family.” His coworkers enjoy working with him, and during his time at Hugg & Hall, he’s built a rapport with his team. 

Jason has been married for 10 years, and he has three children aged 18, 9, and 7. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and watching his kids’ sports activities. He’s also an Arkansas Razorbacks fan and watches the football games during the fall. 

We love to hear our employees’ favorite quotes and philosophies. Here’s Jason’s: “‘Enjoy today, because yesterday is gone and tomorrow isn’t promised.’ And that’s how I’ve lived my life. I try not to dwell on the past and don’t typically look too far in the future. I try to take each day for what it is and make the best of it.”
