L’Oreal Paris Teams Up With Hugg & Hall

We’re excited to announce that Hugg & Hall has partnered with L’Oreal Paris to optimize L’Oreal’s warehouse systems!

Todd Crowder, Field Service Manager in Little Rock, said that the partnership will save L’Oreal money and also promote safer workplaces throughout their company.

“The Project Team has been working with L’Oreal for several months. The project began with several thousand rack grates being cut specifically to fit and transported to L’Oreal warehouses for installation.

L’Oreal’s warehouse has 25 ‘high bay’ aisles that are each 40 feet tall, so this was an undertaking.

Our team worked aisle-by-aisle with the L’Oreal team. They removed the product on the aisle we were working on, and then the H&H team installed the custom-cut grates and pallet stops. The L’Oreal team then reset the product overnight and cleared another section.

This cycle has been working and production hasn’t been disrupted at all. With L’Oreal and Hugg & Hall teams working together, this project has been done safely and effectively without downtime.

We saved the company a lot of money and downtime with our pallet stop install, and kept their operations up and running while we did it.

Moreover, L’Oreal has nominated our stop monitoring system as company-wide best practices. This will become a standard in all of their warehouses, worldwide.”
